Rodney Gonzalez is a Staff Sergeant who currently serves as Platoon Sergeant of Communications Platoon. At the military Mr. Gonzalez served as Security Manager and Information Management Officer handling clearance. Mr. Gonzalez has earned several commendations from his exemplary work in the military.

Being a hero as a member of the military service is not enough for this individual. In his civilian life Mr. Gonzalez has shown great dedication to helping other by volunteering for the Make a Wish foundation as a wish granter and wish writer as he looks forward to making children with life threatening conditions smile as they are granted their one true wish. In addition to Make a Wish foundation, Staff Sergeant Gonzalez also donates funds to the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and participates in the Warrior Dash runs to help raise money to support the mission of advancing cures, and means of prevention, for pediatric catastrophic diseases through research and treatment.
